NEW! Autistic Burnout Support Group - Fall of 2025
Mondays at 6:30 PM, 90 minute sessions
Join our weekly therapy group, led by Megan Bergeron, LCMHCA, CRC, designed specifically for autistic adults experiencing or recovering from autistic burnout, or who would like to learn skills to prevent burnout. We meet every Monday evening to share experiences, build supportive connections, and explore practical tools for healing and self-understanding.
Our sessions will be guided by Dr. Megan Neff’s workbook on autistic burnout, offering a structured yet compassionate framework for unpacking the unique challenges of burnout while honoring neurodivergent needs. This group provides a safe, affirming space to process, reflect, and grow—at your own pace.
